Rebecca Lassiter is the co-founder of Lassiter Distilling Company, a rum distillery in Knightdale, North Carolina. When I thought about people who showcase what it means to be a resilient person, Rebecca came to mind immediately.
She co-founded a business from scratch in an industry she had no experience in while parenting a 1 year old child and helped grow that business while working a full time day job as the breadwinner of the family and helping parent 2 children.
