Jason Miller: How Do I Stand Out In A Sea Of Mediocrity?
“I don’t like attention. I don’t like praise. It makes me very, very uncomfortable. But what I do like is if I’m very good at something, I do like inspiring other people by showing them either how to do it or what’s possible. And so I think I’ve taken that approach to sort of how I build marketing teams as well. Like, here’s a vision of what’s possible, and I think I do the same with photography or I do the same with music. So I don’t think it’s an attention thing as much as it is: How do I stand out in a sea of mediocrity?“– Jason Miller
Jason Miller is an entertainer, a creative artist who celebrates life and creates a difference with his art. He seeks to find the joy in each moment and keep learning along the way.
At least, that’s how I would describe Jason.
When I asked Jason how he would answer the question “who are you”, we chatted about getting signed to a record label at age 17, why we all need a solid balance of introvert and extrovert, and the giant record directory book he mastered while working at a record store.
